Boston-born Bree Mills, a multifaceted creative force, was raised in Canada, where her affinity for vintage erotica was first nurtured. She would go on to make a significant impact in the lesbian film market, crafting numerous acclaimed features for Girlsway Network, a production company centered around lesbian content and a subsidiary of Gamma Entertainment, where Mills serves as the head of production.
Throughout her journey, Mills has collaborated with her long-time co-director, Stills By Alan, on several projects, laying the groundwork for her next venture. Pure Taboo, a new label spearheaded by Mills and her creative partner, Craven Moorehead, under the Gamma Films umbrella, allows her to explore the burgeoning "taboo" genre.
Inspired by her erotic vision of Law & Order, Mills' initial concept quickly gained momentum, attracting notable talent such as famous model Lena Paul and rising starlet Kristen Scott. Both individuals not only appeared in the dark erotic thriller but also contributed to the project by writing and starring in their own respective stories.
