Here is the biography:
Bruce "B" Lanoil, a 38-year veteran Muppeteer and Court Jester, was born in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up, he was surrounded by Saturday morning cartoons, sugary cereals, Mad Magazines, Jerry Lewis films, and Classic Star Trek, which shaped his passions and interests.
As a C.S.U.N. Theater major, Lanoil honed his skills in vaudevillian improvisational clowning, busking in the streets of Paris. Fate intervened when Master Puppeteer Tony Urbano selected him from hundreds of applicants for Sid and Marty Krofft's exclusive 1980 workshop.
Lanoil's performance skills were further refined with master teachers Paul Sills, Avery Schreiber, Harvey Kalmanson, and Jim Henson's Creature Shop. He went on to work on numerous projects, including McNugget commercials, Disney's DINOSAURS, and various films and television shows.
Some of his notable roles include "Charlene Sinclair" in Disney+'s DINOSAURS, various characters in Dr. Doolittle, Adventures of Pinocchio, Jack Frost, Cats and Dogs, and The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss. He also worked on the Henson's HDPS-Digital Puppetry System, pioneering real-time CG animation in projects such as Are We There Yet, Francis, Sid the Science Kid Movie, and Where the Wild Thing Are.
Lanoil's work on Muppet projects includes The Muppet Mayhem, Muppet Haunted Mansion, MuppetVision 3D, The Muppets Live at the Hollywood Bowl, The O2, and various feature films and television reboots. He has also worked on live-action reference puppetry projects, such as MonkeyBone and Looney Tunes-Back in Action.
In addition to his work as a performer, Lanoil is a budding Teaching Artist who believes that everyone should pursue their passion, truth, and happiness without fear or doubt. He encourages people to connect, share, and soar, and to celebrate the beauty of their unpredictable journeys.
