Yarar's journey began in Ankara, where he was born and developed an early fascination with theatre after watching numerous plays with his family. Although he didn't participate in professional productions until the end of high school, his passion for the stage continued to grow. Due to his father's profession as a violinist, Yarar also became interested in music and enrolled in Mimar Sinan University's Start Conservatory to hone his singing skills.
As he studied opera, Yarar joined the Turkish State Theatres as an extra actor and started to gain experience on stage. His first notable role was in the play Istanbul Efendisi. However, due to pressure from his family, Yarar eventually enrolled in the theatre department of his university and graduated in 1989.
That same year, he began working at the Diyarbakir State Theatre and continued to work there until 1994-1995, when he took on a role at the Istanbul State Theatre. After returning to Istanbul, Yarar directed the plays Ada and Getto for Tiyatro Ti and later joined Tiyatro Studios.
In 1998, he was cast in the leading role in The Balcony by Jean Genet, and in 1999, he had a leading role in an adaptation of Cyrano de Bergerac. Yarar then began working for Oyun Studios and was cast alongside Haluk Bilginer and Senay Gürler in Ermisler ya da Günahkarlar. Additionally, he collaborated with Isil Kasapoglu to direct the play Mem ile Zin for Semaver Company.
Apart from his extensive work on stage, Yarar has also made appearances in various cinema and television productions, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
