Burton Merrele Richardson, a highly acclaimed American television announcer, came into this world on September 29, 1949. He is undoubtedly best known for his unmistakable, drawn-out introduction of the charismatic Arsenio Hall on the immensely popular television program, The Arsenio Hall Show, which enjoyed a successful run from 1989 to 1994. Richardson's unforgettable call, "ARSENIOOOOOOO... HALL!", has become an indelible part of the show's identity, forever etching itself in the memories of audiences nationwide.

Richardson's illustrious announcing career has traversed a diverse array of game shows, with a notable presence on Rodeo Drive, Russian Roulette, WinTuition, and not one, but two iterations of To Tell the Truth, first in 1990 and then again in 2000.

He has also contributed his voice to the 2000 pilot of Card Sharks, lending his expertise to this iconic game show.

Furthermore, Richardson has taken on the role of announcer for the current version of Family Feud, succeeding Joey Fatone in 2010.

In addition, he has announced Celebrity Family Feud on both NBC in 2008 and ABC in 2015, showcasing his versatility and range as a game show announcer.
