Cameron Boyce was a renowned American actor, proudly representing Afro-Caribbean and African-American heritage. His paternal grandmother, Jo Ann Allen, was a remarkable individual, being one of the "Clinton Twelve", a group of African-Americans who made history by becoming the first to attend an integrated high school in the Southern United States, specifically in Clinton, Tennessee.
Born in 1999 in Los Angeles, California, Boyce was trained as a dancer from a young age. His early career included a music video debut in 2008, "That Green Gentleman (Things Have Changed)" by Panic! at the Disco, where he played a child version of guitarist Ryan Ross.
