Caroline Sunshine is a talented actress, dancer, and singer who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her captivating performances on screen. Born in Snellville, Georgia, and raised in Orange County, California, Caroline developed a passion for the arts from a young age, immersing herself in dance, film, television, and music.
She grew up watching old Hollywood classics with her grandmother and Saturday morning movies with her dad, which sparked her interest in the industry. Caroline trained professionally as a dancer, specifically in ballet, and went on to use this talent in her future film and TV projects.
In 2010, Caroline made her feature film debut in Twentieth Century Fox's Marmaduke, alongside a star-studded cast, and later landed a lead role in the Disney Channel Original Series, Shake It Up, from 2010 to 2013. Her performance as Tinka Hessenheffer was praised as "the best performance on the show" by People Magazine critic Tom Giliatto.
After wrapping up her role in Shake It Up, Caroline decided to pursue higher education and is currently a sophomore at Claremont McKenna College, studying International Relations and Economics. She balances her academic schedule with film and television projects, working at the Mgrublian Center for Human Rights, and participating in the Model United Nations Team, which she ranked #1 on the west coast and #6 in the nation.
Caroline is also an active member of the National Charity League and has worked with organizations such as The Starkey Hearing Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, surfing, and wakeboarding, as well as participating in adrenaline-fueled activities like skydiving and bungee jumping.
Caroline currently resides in the Los Angeles area and is a strong advocate for women's empowerment, inspiring young girls to pursue their passions and never give up on their dreams.
