Carolyn Mignini, a Baltimore-born performer, embarked on her singing journey at the tender age of three, nurturing a lifelong passion for the theatre. Her dreams became a reality when she made her Broadway debut just a month after completing her college education in the iconic musical "Fiddler On the Roof". She soon followed this milestone with her off-Broadway debut in the classic "The Fantasticks", earning a Drama Desk nomination for her outstanding performance in "Tintypes". In addition to her impressive theatre credits, Mignini has also established herself as a top-grossing commercial performer, captivating millions of young viewers with her endearing portrayal of "Kathy" on the beloved children's television show Captain Kangaroo. Her extensive television career has included appearances in numerous sitcoms, dramas, and made-for-television movies, with recent roles in HBO's The Deuce (2017),House of Cards (2013),and Veep (2012).
