Celine Verbeeck is a talented Belgian actress who began her illustrious career at the tender age of eight, selected to play the iconic role of little Cosette in the renowned musical production of Les Miserables.
At the tender age of thirteen, Celine took on her first principal role as Wiske in the independent movie Suske and Wiske and the dark diamond, based on the beloved Belgian comic books of Willy Vandersteen. This role was no small feat, as she was chosen from a pool of 950 other aspiring young actors who auditioned for the part.
Throughout her teenage years, Celine continued to hone her craft, studying at the prestigious Royal Balletschool in Antwerp until the age of 15. Although her interest in acting only continued to grow, she remained passionate about dancing, a skill she developed during her time at the ballet school.
However, Celine's true calling was acting, and at the age of 18, she was accepted into the Royal Conservatory in Brussels, where she studied musical theater. She later went on to study Kleinkunst at the Royal Conservatory in Antwerp, further refining her acting skills.
Throughout her career, Celine has appeared in numerous Belgian television and movie productions, showcasing her impressive range and versatility as a performer. She has also had the distinction of being part of the female ensemble in the French adaptation of the original West End production of The Wizard of Oz, a testament to her exceptional talent and dedication to her craft.
