Charlotte Caffey, a renowned musician and former member of the iconic 1980s pop band The Go-Go's, is the proud daughter of acclaimed television director Michael Caffey, whose impressive portfolio includes notable shows such as Wonder Woman, CHiPs, and The Dukes of Hazzard.
As a member of The Go-Go's, Charlotte had a tumultuous history with drug abuse, which plagued her during the band's extensive touring schedule. Following the group's disbandment in 1985, Charlotte continued to pursue her passion for music, collaborating with various artists and eventually reuniting with her former bandmates to tour with The Go-Go's once again, alongside Belinda Carlisle, Gina Schock, Kathy Valentine, and Jane Wiedlin.
In 1993, Charlotte tied the knot with Red Cross guitarist Jeff McDonald, and two years later, she welcomed her daughter Astrid into the world.
