Chris's foray into the entertainment industry commenced at the remarkably early age of 10, when he embarked upon his inaugural endeavour as a child actor in musical theatre and student films, nestled in his native Massachusetts. This auspicious beginning marked the commencement of his early career, which would eventually propel him towards novel and thrilling opportunities. In the year 1993, Chris made the audacious decision to relocate to Seattle, where he would undertake a drastic career shift, transitioning from being in front of the camera to behind the scenes. He shouldered the responsibilities of stage managing and directing at various fringe theatres, including AHA! Theatre, City 3, and Open Circle Theater.

Chris's professional journey underwent a profound transformation following his graduation from the esteemed Total Immersion filmmaking program at Seattle Film Institute in 2003, a remarkable academic accomplishment that garnered widespread recognition and attention.
