Christina, born in 1939 in London, was a renowned model in the swinging sixties, gracing the covers of numerous magazines, starring in films and television series, and becoming well-known through her acting and modeling work.
She went on to write the book "Beauty My Way" and create an exercise recording titled "Music 'n Motion", showcasing her understanding of the connection between health and beautiful skin, a concept that was ahead of its time.
In the 1980s, Christina founded Vitamin E, a company dedicated to promoting health and beauty for the skin, and later moved to Canada, where she married and focused on philanthropy and charitable work.
With her husband Lyle, she co-founded The Minstrel Foundation, which funds inner-city youth music programs, and also initiated the Shakespeare Globe Centre of Canada, a project that helped build the Globe Theatre on the banks of the Thames in London.
Christina has also collaborated with acclaimed actor Christopher Plummer to create a scholarship for Canadian actors and directors to learn and work at the Globe Theatre in London.
In addition, she joined forces with Wimbledon and US Open Champion Stan Smith to host a fundraising gala for the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head, featuring notable performers and raising several million dollars over the past 20 years.
Christina's boundless energy is credited to her lifelong devotion to healthful living and fitness, and she believes that "without good health, we have nothing. Life is for living to the fullest."
She is a devoted mother to her three children and grandmother to her five grandchildren.
