Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Christina was introduced to the world of theatre by the talented French-Canadian actress Rita Lafontaine, who would go on to become a mentor and guiding force in her early career. In 2010, Christina made the move to New York City to pursue her passion for acting, enrolling in the prestigious Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre and graduating from their esteemed 2-year Meisner conservatory program in 2012.
