Chris's acting career culminated in a role in 1991, marking the culmination of his thespian pursuits. Prior to this, he had graduated from Thousand Oaks High School in 1994, subsequently attending Moorpark Community College to explore his interest in Spanish. He also spent time studying at Bible School, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors.
After a decade of competing with notable actors such as Giovanni Ribisi and Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris made the decision to pivot and explore alternative avenues. He chose to accept God's unconditional love, follow in the footsteps of Christ, and dedicate himself to pastoring a church, with the goal of sharing the profound answer he had discovered to the age-old question of life's purpose.
In the years that followed, Chris embarked on a year-long journey to Central America, visiting a total of six countries and fifteen cities. He also frequently traveled to Mexico, where he worked closely with indigenous people on an Indian Reservation. Until 2001, Chris resided in Thousand Oaks, California, before marrying his wife, Tara, and embarking on the next chapter of his life.
