Christopher Frederick's early foray into the world of acting began with voiceover and on-camera work for the local Milwaukee television station WCGV-24, a platform that allowed him to hone his skills and gain valuable experience at a young age.
As he entered his high school years, Christopher decided to take his passion for acting to the next level by studying short-form improv with the renowned Dan Harmon at Comedy Sportz, an institution that has launched the careers of many successful comedians and actors.
Born in Springfield, Missouri, and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Christopher's artistic talents extend beyond the realm of acting, as he is also a skilled fine artist who studied at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). He has gone on to enjoy a successful career in art and design, in addition to his work as a filmmaker.
In his pursuit of becoming a well-rounded actor, Christopher completed a two-year Meisner conservatory program in New York City at the esteemed William Esper Studio, where he was mentored by the accomplished Terry Knickerbocker. To further develop his craft, he also trained in improv at the renowned Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB),under the guidance of esteemed instructors such as Zach Woods, Chris Gethard, and Lennon Parham.
Christopher's impressive filmography includes notable credits such as the feature film Area 51, directed by the acclaimed Oren Peli, and the short film Baked Ziti, directed by Sascha Schneider, in which he starred alongside Ronnie Marmo and James Marshall. His previous credits include the bonus feature American Horror Story: The Orderly, from season 2, as well as the Funny or Die hit Snuggle Bunny: Man's Most Lovable Predator, opposite Zosia Mamet.
