War Shazar, a multifaceted individual with a passion for the performing arts, was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. As a teenager, he made the bold move to New York City, where he honed his skills as a street dancer to make a living. His talents eventually caught the attention of George C. Wolfe, who cast him in his Off-Broadway musical, "Radiant Baby". This marked the beginning of Shazar's journey as a professional dancer, which would take him to Los Angeles and onto the world stage.
In LA, he danced in music videos and world tours alongside an impressive array of music artists, including Prince, Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Miley Cyrus, Fergie, Chayanne, Jennifer Lopez, and Will Smith, to name a few. Throughout this period, Shazar continued to nurture his acting skills, studying under the guidance of three-time Emmy award-winning actress Barbara Bain.
War Shazar's big-screen debut arrived with a lead role in Bille Woodruff's "Honey 2", solidifying his status as a talented and versatile performer.
