Writer, director, producer, and visual artist Claire has recently completed production on THE COLOUR ROOM, starring Phoebe Dynevor, Matthew Goode, and Kerry Fox, which is set to be released in theaters across Europe and the United States in October 2021.
Before this, Claire served as the set-up and lead director, as well executive producer as, for the SKY series DOMINA, which premiered in 2020 and starred Isabella Rossellini, Kasia Smutniak, and Claire Forlani.
Claire's previous work includes directing and executive producing THE LUMINARIES, a screen adaptation of the Man Booker Prize-winning novel, which starred Eva Green and Eve Hewson and was produced by Working Title, Freemantle, and BBC1.
Her feature film OPHELIA, which starred Naomi Watts, Daisy Ridley, Clive Owen, and George MacKay, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2019. Additionally, her award-winning feature film THE WAITING CITY, which starred Radha Mitchell and Joel Edgerton, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Claire also adapted and directed the centerpiece segment of Tim Winton's celebrated novel THE TURNING, which starred Rose Byrne and Miranda Otto.
In the future, Claire is set to direct and write the screenplay for THE PERSONAL HISTORY OF RACHEL DUPREE, a feature film produced by Amazon Studios and starring Academy Award-winning actress Viola Davis.
Claire has been recognized for her talent, being featured in Variety's "10 Directors to Watch" in 2018.
