Clare Grant's journey in the entertainment industry began with a pivotal role in the Academy Award-winning film Walk the Line (2005),where she shared the screen with Joaquin Phoenix, while still pursuing her theater degree in Memphis, Tennessee, her hometown.
As she continued her education, she crossed paths with Craig Brewer, who would go on to cast her in several independent films, including Black Snake Moan (2006),and later, as the lead in his MTV series $5 Cover (2009).
Prior to making the move to Los Angeles to focus on acting full-time, Clare honed her modeling skills in Europe, working with Elite Model Management.
Upon relocating to LA, she quickly secured a leading role on the Emmy-winning Showtime series Masters of Horror (2005),followed by a series of film, television, and voice-over roles.
As a producer, Clare co-created and starred in the short film Saber (2009),which garnered two LucasFilm FanFilm Awards for Best Action and Audience Choice.
In collaboration with her creative partners, Clare is also behind the viral sensations "G33K & G4M3R Girls," which sparked controversy over its provocative portrayal of geek girls, and an animation, live-action hybrid television show for Adult Swim.
