Cody Christian's journey began in Maine, but his life took a dramatic turn when he moved to Indiana at the tender age of 9. The catalyst for this relocation was a radio advertisement that caught his attention, beckoning him to audition for a local commercial that featured kids who shared his passion for football.
Fast forward to his teenage years, and Christian found himself cast as "Asher", the wide receiver, in the CW series "All American", now in its third season. This role was a result of a collaboration between Berlanti Productions and Warner Brothers TV.
Before his stint on "All American", Christian had already made a name for himself in the entertainment industry. He played the role of "Theo" on MTV's "Teen Wolf" and "Mike Montgomery" on Freeform's "Pretty Little Liars", both of which ran for six seasons.
At the tender age of 12, Christian landed his first major film role as "Boy Cantor" in "Surrogates", opposite the legendary Bruce Willis. This breakthrough performance was followed by his lead role in Peter Safran's film "The Starving Games" and his portrayal of the villainous "Johnny" in David Goyer's "Assassination Nation". The latter was a significant deal made at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival, directed by Sam Levinson.
Christian's impressive resume continued to grow with his role as the title character in "Notorious Nick", a biographical film based on a true story. Most recently, he lent his voice to the iconic character "Cloud Strife" in the new "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" video game, released on April 10, 2020.
Throughout his career, Christian has received numerous accolades, including the International Male Melty Future Award, held at the LeGrande R Paris France, and a BAFTA Award Nomination for Leading Role.
