Dallas Malloy was born on Christmas Day, and her extraordinary gift for music was evident from a very young age. By the time she was just six years old, she had already developed into a piano virtuoso, showcasing her remarkable talent to the world.
Growing up, Dallas's passion for the arts only continued to flourish. She became an accomplished violist, and her creative expression extended to writing music, poetry, and novels. Her artistic endeavors were further fueled by her love for acting, bodybuilding, and boxing.
As a teenager, Dallas's interest in boxing led her to make history in the sport. At the age of 16, she became the first female boxer in the United States to participate in a sanctioned amateur bout, and she emerged victorious by unanimous decision. Prior to her groundbreaking achievement, the U.S. Boxing Federation had excluded women from competing, prompting Dallas to file a discrimination suit with the help of the ACLU. After winning her case in court, she went on to win by unanimous decision once again, paving the way for a women's division in the sport.
Dallas's remarkable boxing career was later immortalized in the film Jerry Maguire, in which she portrayed herself in the opening scene, boxing towards the camera as Tom Cruise narrates her true story.
After hanging up her boxing gloves, Dallas returned to her original love of bodybuilding, going on to win numerous titles, including the NPC Ms. California Championships, NPC Tournament of Champions, Venice Best Back Award, and Best Posing Awards. Although she is no longer actively competing in bodybuilding, she maintains a fit and athletic physique, allowing her to take on a wide range of acting roles.
Dallas's extensive theater training includes studying the Stanislavski Method with Jamie Paolenetti at Atwater Playhouse. She has played a variety of roles in several productions, including Eavesdropper, LA's longest running play, and Fortune and Men's Eyes, a gritty prison drama.
On the big screen, Dallas has appeared in films such as Jerry Maguire, The ABCS of Death, Rule of Law, So Far So Kush, Dragon Slayerz, Postcards, and Ring Girls, an ESPN documentary on boxing. She is also the subject of the French documentary I Am Dallas Malloy.
In television, Dallas has made guest appearances on shows such as True Blood, Burning Hollywood, Jimmy Kimmel Live, 1000 Ways to Die, Inside Edition, and Conan. She has also had a major guest starring role on Eli Stone "Two Ministers." Her unique talents and abilities have often led to roles being written specifically for her, showcasing her exceptional skill as a champion show stopper.
In addition to her acting and bodybuilding pursuits, Dallas is a talented contralto singer and songwriter, and she is currently developing several projects that combine her love of music and comedy. She is also working on a stage show that showcases her many unique talents.
