Dan Crane is an accomplished documentary writer, producer, and director who has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of esteemed production companies, including Kennedy/Marshall Documentaries, Tremolo Productions, Altimeter Films, Wavelength Productions, Participant, Grain Media, Radical Media, Uninterrupted/Spring Hill, and many others.
His directorial debut, Let Me Be Me, which premiered in November 2021 at the prestigious DOC NYC festival, is now distributed by Greenwich Entertainment. This milestone marks a significant achievement in Crane's career, which spans over two decades.
Crane's journey in documentary filmmaking began in 2004, when he had the opportunity to work alongside the renowned Morgan Neville, who is best known for his work on 20 Feet from Stardom and Won't You Be My Neighbor.

In addition to his work in documentary filmmaking, Crane has also made a notable appearance in the cult documentary Air Guitar Nation.
