Dan Moran's acting career commenced with a three-year tenure in the renowned New Shakespeare Company of San Francisco, a traveling troupe that traversed the United States, accumulating an impressive 60,000 miles annually by car. In 1977, Moran relocated to New York City to pursue higher education at the prestigious NYU School of the Arts, ultimately graduating in 1980. As a founding member of the esteemed New York Stage & Film theater company, Moran spent several seasons with Shakespeare & Co. in Lenox, Massachusetts, where he took on starring roles in As You Like It, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Macbeth.
Throughout his illustrious career, Moran has accumulated an extensive array of theater credits, including A Streetcar Named Desire, A Month in the Country, Edward II, Pericles, and Happy Days. Notably, Moran is set to make his Broadway debut in Arthur Miller's The Man Who Had All the Luck.
