From a young age, she had a burning desire to become an actress. This passion was first nurtured through her involvement in dancing as a preteen. This early start quickly blossomed into a professional career, teaching her the importance of being comfortable in her own skin and learning to truly express herself.
Her journey as an actor began when she attended a prestigious Performing Arts High School in Los Angeles. Participating in live theatrical productions was a thrilling experience, and with her mother's unwavering support, she dove headfirst into the acting industry after graduation.
On her second professional audition, she impressively beat out thousands of actresses after seven callbacks, eventually landing a lead role on the WB's Unhappily Ever After. Although she didn't secure the role, she was honored to be invited to guest star in the pilot episode alongside series regulars Kevin Connolly and Nikki Cox. She went on to recur on Unhappily for three years, appearing in over 30 episodes.
During her time on Unhappily Ever After, she continued to grow her resume with numerous national commercials, voice-overs, guest and recurring spots, TV movies, and feature films. She has had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented actors in the industry, including Ellen Barkin, Wayne Brady, Tom Cavanagh, Richard Dreyfuss, Nora Ephron, Mike Farrell, Kelsey Grammer, Jon Hamm, Angie Harmon, Patricia Heaton, Eric McCormack, Jeremy Piven, Burt Reynolds, and Betty White, among many others.
Her next long-running gig was on NBC's Providence, where she initially auditioned as a guest star in the show's first season. Her performance as Heather Tupperman earned her a spot as a series regular for five years on this award-winning and audience-favorite show.
