Daniel Ziegler, a talented filmmaker, was born on August 15, 1995, in Silver Spring, Maryland, as Daniel Raymond Rose. Even before he could utter his first words, he was captivated by the magic of film, and as soon as his tiny hands could grasp a camera, he began directing his own stories.
Years of creating home movies laid the foundation for his future endeavors. In 2012, Daniel, along with a group of fellow aspiring filmmakers, co-founded the production company Black Box Films, with the goal of producing more sophisticated and professional short films.
As his passion and skills continued to evolve, Daniel made the transition from short films to feature-length productions with Timespace (2014),a crowd-funded science fiction drama that he both wrote and directed. His second feature, Elodie (2019),was self-funded and showcased his growth as a filmmaker.
Daniel's academic background includes a major in Film Studies and Production at Hofstra University in New York. Today, he resides in Phoenix, Arizona, where he continues to pursue his dreams in the world of filmmaking.
