Person Biography:
Danielle Larracuente was born on February 25th, 1992, in Cortlandt Manor, New York, to Carmen D. Sabater and Israel Larracuente Jr. Both her parents, of Puerto Rican descent, were retired NYPD officers. She is the eldest of four siblings, with three brothers.
Growing up in the New York area, Danielle was heavily influenced by Jennifer Lopez and Rosie Perez. She began her acting career at a young age, securing her first major commercial at just four years old. Over the next few years, she continued to work as a child actress, appearing in commercials, advertisements, and plays.
One of her most notable early roles was as Young Nala in the Broadway production of Lion King, which she landed at the age of nine. She then went on to appear in a skit on Saturday Night Live with Jimmy Fallon and hosted a season of commercial breaks for the Women's National Basketball Association.
At the age of 15, Danielle and her mother moved to Los Angeles, California, to further pursue her acting career. She continued to work in television, guest-starring in an episode of ER and later appearing in Without a Trace.
After taking a hiatus to focus on her education and career in psychology and cosmetology, Danielle returned to acting, landing recurring roles on Vida, NCIS, Home Economics, and Good Trouble. She also starred alongside Melissa Joan Hart in the hit Christmas movie Mistletoe In Montana.
Currently, Danielle is set to appear in the recurring role of Paulina Calderon on the Bosch spin-off series Bosch Legacy. Throughout her career, Danielle has been driven by a desire to bring a rising presence in TV & Film for the Latino community.
