Darby Camp's acting career began at a tender age, when she was still a toddler, alongside her mother and older sister, in local commercials and print ads in their hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina. As she grew older, it became increasingly apparent that her exceptional talent was ideally suited for the world of film and television. By the time Darby was eight years old, her natural aptitude for acting had already begun to shine through.
One of her most notable roles to date is that of the spirited Chloe McKenzie in the Emmy-winning HBO series, Big Little Lies, which she portrayed for two seasons. Her impressive performance has since led to a slew of other notable projects, including her appearances in The Christmas Chronicles (2018) and The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two (2020),both of which are available to stream on Netflix.
Darby's latest endeavour is Paramount's Clifford the Big Red Dog (2021),in which she stars as Emily Elizabeth. When she's not busy bringing her characters to life on screen, Darby can usually be found embracing the laid-back pace of southern living, surrounded by her loving family, close friends, and cherished pets.
