Biography

Darragh Byrne has spent over two decades honing his craft in the realms of film and broadcast television, with a career spanning well over a quarter of a century. His professional journey began with a prestigious award from the European Media Project for the Creative Documentary in 1992, for his outstanding work on the documentary "JFK in the Island of Dreams". Since then, he has successfully directed numerous projects that have garnered widespread recognition and acclaim, being syndicated globally and broadcast by esteemed networks such as RTÉ, BBC, The Learning Channel, Rainbow Media, ABC (Australia),ZDF, PBS, NVC Arts, and Channel 4.

Darragh's impressive body of work also includes the development and direction of the multi-award-winning feature film "Parked", a collaborative effort with Ripple World Pictures in 2010.
