Early on, he pursued his passion for film at Georgia State University, where he had the esteemed privilege of studying under the guidance of Academy Award-nominated director Gary Moss.
In his free time, Dave is an accomplished musician, skilled in both guitar and piano. In fact, for a period, he was even a concert piano major before ultimately deciding to shift his focus to film school.
Dave's editing journey took an unexpected turn when he was suddenly forced to take the reins of a project after his pregnant editor had to abruptly leave to give birth, thereby introducing him to the Avid editing software.
Today, Dave resides in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, where he continues to hone his craft and pursue his creative endeavors.
