David Heath, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bombas, has dedicated his career to creating innovative products that make a positive impact.
Prior to launching Bombas in 2013, David spent two years rigorously testing and refining his product, socks, to ensure they were the best performing and most comfortable available on the market.
Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, David has remained committed to his mission of helping those in need. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Babson College, where he majored in Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship.
Before founding Bombas, David led business development as one of the founding employees at UrbanDaddy, a company that specializes in providing lifestyle and entertainment content to young professionals.
He then joined the new media acquisitions and strategy team at Yucaipa Companies, a private equity firm that focuses on investing in and acquiring media and technology companies.
David's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to found three companies, with one successful exit, and he has invested and consulted on a range of start-up businesses, from concept to launch and continued growth.
His entrepreneurial achievements have been recognized by several prominent media outlets, including ABC's Shark Tank, NBC TODAY Show, CBS This Morning, ABC Good Morning America, Bloomberg TV, and The New York Times.
