David Hollands, a native of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, was raised with a passion for storytelling and filmmaking that would eventually drive him to pursue higher education in Toronto. He began his academic journey at York University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, before continuing his studies at the University of Toronto to obtain his Master's degree. Later, David furthered his knowledge at Trent University, where he completed his Doctor of Philosophy.
As a prolific filmmaker, David has dedicated himself to producing a wide range of cinematic projects, including short and feature-length movies. He is the proud founder and manager of his independent production company, Acro-Kolepsi Pictures, which has allowed him to showcase his creative vision to a global audience. In addition to his work with Acro-Kolepsi Pictures, David also produces films for Bagman Films, a fellow independent production company co-founded by his close friend and producer, Boris Godzinevski.
