Derry has been actively involved in the stage since 1979, taking on lead roles in notable productions such as "Love Letters", "Run For Your Wife", and "The Lion in Winter", where he portrayed the iconic character of Richard the Lion Heart. His impressive stage presence also led to his portrayal of the Common Man in the acclaimed play "A Man for all Seasons".
In 2007, Derry made the bold move to Toronto, expanding his artistic horizons to include screen performances for television and film.
