Dmitriy Nosov

Dmitriy Nosov's life began on April 9, 1980, in the small town of Chita-46, situated within the Uletovskiy rayon of Chitinskaya oblast, a region that was then part of the vast and sprawling Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, or RSFSR, which was, in turn, a constituent republic of the USSR, a superpower that would soon collapse, leaving behind a complex web of historical and cultural heritage.
