Dotan Baer, a native of Jerusalem, Israel, was born Dotan Ya'akov Ben Moshe Ze'ev to parents Moshe and Ruth Ze'ev. He has brought his unique blend of military and intellectual prowess to the Hollywood scene.
After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Dotan received a bachelor's degree in finance. During his time at university, he was chosen as Cosmo's Bachelor of the Year and landed a role in an Aaron Spelling commercial as a Marine. He also worked with Oliver Stone as the mascot for Any Given Sunday and had his first comedy role in Smoking Stogies, all within the same year.
Dotan's military background, having received training in the US Army 1st of the 75th Airborne Ranger, has been invaluable in his career. He has focused his attention on providing military and tactical expertise to the film industry, working alongside a troupe of trained military experts and industry professionals.
