Drew Gulak is an American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, where he competes on the 205 Live brand. Prior to his WWE stint, Gulak worked for Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW),where he holds a plethora of titles, including the CZW World Heavyweight Championship, CZW World Tag Team Championship (twice),and CZW Wired TV Championship. Additionally, he won the 2005 Chris Cash Memorial Battle Royal.
Before his professional wrestling career, Gulak trained at the CZW Wrestling Academy and CHIKARA Wrestle Factory, beginning his training in 2004. He made his debut at the inaugural Maven Bentley Association event at Northeast High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 16, 2005. Six months later, Gulak made his Combat Zone Wrestling debut at Down With The Sickness 4-Ever, defeating over 20 participants in an over-the-top-rope battle royal on September 10, 2005.
Gulak's training partner, Andy Sumner, was paired with him due to their similar amateur wrestling backgrounds. Together, they formed Team AnDrew, capturing the CZW World Tag Team Championship twice before disbanding in 2009. Sumner's departure from CZW and disappearance from the wrestling scene, except for a lone appearance in 2010, led to the team's dissolution.
