Dusty Nelson is a multi-talented filmmaker with a rich background in directing, writing, and cinematography. He earned his Master of Fine Arts degree in Filmmaking from Carnegie Mellon University, where he honed his skills in drama-film/TV production.
Throughout his career, Dusty has worked on a wide range of projects, from documentaries and TV commercials to feature films. His early work includes directing and shooting TV commercials for various clients such as Toyota, Buick, Subaru, and Wendy's.
In the 1990s, Dusty co-wrote and directed the short film "The Peril of Angels" and directed the feature-length movie "White Phantom." He also co-directed and shot the documentary "Roosevelt Sykes" for public television and photographed and edited documentaries for ABC-TV featuring notable personalities such as Johnny Rutherford, Kareem, Terry Bradshaw, Rocky Bleier, and Tom Weiskopf.
In addition to his work in the film industry, Dusty has also been involved in various professional organizations, including the Directors Guild of America. His passion for storytelling and filmmaking has driven him to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques, allowing him to create a diverse range of content for clients across various industries.
