Edwin "Eddie" Carlos Colón, professionally known as Primo, is a renowned Puerto Rican professional wrestler, currently signed to WWE. He is the son of the legendary Carlos Colón, Sr., and the younger brother of Stacy and Carly Colón, better recognized as Carlito in WWE.
Colón began his wrestling career in the World Wrestling Council, where he achieved immense success, winning the WWC Universal Heavyweight Championship a staggering five times, as well as numerous secondary and tertiary titles. His impressive performance in the World Wrestling Council caught the attention of WWE, leading him to sign a developmental contract in 2007.
Upon joining Florida Championship Wrestling, Colón was teamed with Eric Pérez, forming the dynamic tag team known as The Puerto Rican Nightmares. On February 23, 2008, they made history by becoming the inaugural FCW Florida Tag Team Champions.
As Colón transitioned to the main brand, he was paired with his brother, forming The Colóns. This partnership led to a remarkable achievement, as they became the first team to simultaneously hold the WWE Tag Team Championship and World Tag Team Championship, thereby earning the distinction of being the first Unified WWE Tag Team Champions.
