Elise was born in the vibrant city of Asheville, North Carolina, where she emerged as the middle child among a trio of siblings. From a remarkably young age, she exhibited a profound passion for performing, which would eventually blossom into a lifelong career. At the tender age of 11, Elise took to the stage as a lead actor in Decatur, Alabama's community theater, showcasing her early talent to a wider audience.
As she grew older, Elise's desire to hone her craft led her to pursue formal training in acting at the prestigious Ted Bardy Studio in New York City. This esteemed institution, renowned for its Meisner-based conservatory style, provided Elise with a solid foundation in the art of acting. To further enhance her skills, she also completed coursework in Movement and auditioning, as well as dialects, under the guidance of the accomplished Gordon Jacoby.
