Elizabeth De Razzo was born and raised in a culturally rich and diverse environment, with her formative years spent in Los Angeles, California, and Laredo, Texas, where she was the eldest of three sisters.
Following her high school graduation in Laredo, she made the bold decision to relocate back to her hometown of Los Angeles, driven by her passion for acting and a desire to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
Elizabeth's early forays into the world of acting saw her take to the stage, where she shone as Estella in the musical production of "Real Women Have Curves." Her stage presence and talent did not go unnoticed, and she soon found herself landing featured roles on popular television shows such as "The West Wing" and "Six Feet Under."
However, it was her guest starring role in a 2005 episode of "Cold Case" that marked a significant turning point in her career, paving the way for a string of recurring and guest appearances on television shows over the next few years.
In 2010, Elizabeth landed a recurring role on HBO's "Eastbound & Down," playing the beloved character of Maria, a role she would continue to inhabit until the show's conclusion in late 2013. During this period, she also appeared in a number of films, including the 2014 feature "The 33," which told the story of the Chilean mine collapse in Copiapó.
In 2015, Elizabeth reunited with her "Eastbound & Down" co-star Jillian Bell on the Comedy Central series "Idiotsitter," a role she would continue to play until 2017. During this time, she also appeared in a string of films, including the cult hit "The Greasy Strangler."
In late 2017, Elizabeth joined the cast of STARZ's acclaimed series "Vida," marking another significant milestone in her career. When not acting, Elizabeth is a talented writer/producer, singer/songwriter, and dedicated philanthropist, using her platform to give back to her community and support important social causes.
