Liz, a talented actress, hails from Orinda, California, where she was born and raised. She subsequently attended the prestigious American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, where she honed her craft and earned a degree from the esteemed American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
During her time in Los Angeles, Liz secured supporting roles in the films "Body Chemistry" and "The Unborn", while also taking to the stage in Equity waiver productions. Notably, she was a member of an improv group at the iconic Comedy Store, further developing her comedic skills.
After a 30-year hiatus from the spotlight, Liz shifted her focus to her family, relocating to Connecticut. There, she continued to nurture her passion for the performing arts, appearing in regional theatre productions, teaching acting classes, and maintaining her connection to local improv groups.
More recently, Liz has returned to the big screen, with credits including "Peter Five Eight" and "Prison Letters".
