Emily was born in 2003 in North London. At the tender age of 9, she made her professional theatre debut in the iconic musical production of Shrek The Musical at The Theatre Royal Drury Lane, showcasing her remarkable talent to the world. This impressive start was swiftly followed by her role as Marta Von Trapp in The Sound of Music at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, directed by the esteemed Rachel Kavanaugh. The production received a nomination for 'Best Musical Revival' at the 2014 Olivier Awards, and Emily's outstanding performance was celebrated with a live performance at the Olivier Awards Ceremony at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.
As she continued to grow and hone her craft, Emily's television career flourished. At the age of 11, she was cast in the semi-regular role of Grace Beauchamp in BBC's flagship Saturday night drama 'Casualty', appearing in 41 episodes across 5 seasons until 2021. Her impressive resume also includes a notable appearance as 'Mini Idina' in the music video for Idina Menzel and Michael Buble's hit single Baby It's Cold Outside. Additionally, Emily has made notable appearances in the series regular role of Mary Conan Doyle in the 10-part drama 'Houdini & Doyle', which aired in the spring of 2016, and the role of Bea in Turn Up Charlie for Netflix.
In 2020, Emily took on the role of Mika Cavanaugh in the 10-part series 'Get Even' on Netflix Worldwide. Her big-screen debut came in 2017 with the role of Young Diana in the Warner Brothers blockbuster movie 'Wonder Woman', solidifying her status as a young action hero. She then went on to play the role of Young Lara Croft in the 'Tomb Raider' reboot, directed by Roar Uthang, which released in 2018. Emily's impressive filmography also includes the voice of Anne Frank in the critically acclaimed animated feature film 'Where Is Anne Frank', directed by Ari Folman, and premiered at Cannes International Film Festival in 2021. Her other notable film roles include Teenage Wendy Darling in 'The Lost Girls', directed by Livia De Paolis, releasing Spring 2022, and the voice roles of Mila Starr in 'Monster Family 2' and Virginia Otis in 'The Canterville Ghost'.
In 2021, Emily was cast as series regular Young Alicent Hightower in the HBO Game Of Thrones prequel series 'House Of The Dragon', which released in 2022. Emily is also set to star as Harriet Manners in the television adaptation of the best-selling YA book series Geek Girl, written by Holly Smale.
