Emma Randall, an Australian Film and Television Actor, embarked on a creative journey that spanned multiple disciplines. Her academic pursuits began at the Queensland University of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996. Focusing on set design, Randall's early years were spent honing her skills in the Art Department, constructing scale models for stop-motion animations and working on various film, theatre, and commercial projects.
As she entered her mid-20s, Randall's career took a new turn as a film projectionist, a profession she held for over a decade. Her passion for film remained unwavering, and she eventually pursued her long-standing interest in acting. Randall enrolled in screen acting courses at The Actors Workshop, marking the beginning of her journey as a performer in front of the camera.
Randall's early acting credits include appearances in the debut features of renowned directors The Spierig Brothers (Undead) and Kriv Stenders (The Illustrated Family Doctor). Her outstanding performance in Rebecca Parker's "Once I Was" earned her the prestigious Best Female Actor award at the Queensland New Film-Makers Awards. Subsequently, she won the Best Ensemble Cast award at BAFF for her role in Joe Bauer's "Australiens".
