Born on June 2nd, 1979, in Los Angeles, California, Enrique's early years were marked by the struggles of his mother, a recent immigrant, to make a living in the US. Despite the challenges, the family found solace in the movie theatre, where they would attend matinees every Sunday, fostering Enrique's love for cinema.
As Enrique entered adulthood, he pursued his passion for acting with unwavering dedication. Without family or social connections to the entertainment industry, he took acting and screenwriting classes wherever he could, eventually landing his first real acting gig on the Latino TV-show PLACAS. This marked the beginning of a successful career, with Enrique going on to appear in numerous feature films, including BRUCE ALMIGHTY, EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, and GANGS OF THE DEAD, as well as co-starring in hit TV shows such as CSI MIAMI, THE UNIT, DAYS OF OUR LIVES, LAS VEGAS, BOSTON LEGAL, THE SHIELD, MAD TV, and MINDY PROJECT, among many others.
In 2004, Enrique took the next step in his career, founding the production company Stonehenge Pictures and executive producing the movie SPLINTER, which also marked his debut as a screenwriter.
