Erin Dangler's life has been a perpetual performance, with a passion for acting that began from a young age. Growing up in the Philadelphia suburbs, she was an integral part of every school play and musical production, as well as community theatre, honing her craft and developing a deep love for the stage.
Erin's academic pursuits took her to Denison University, where she studied Theatre and graduated with the prestigious David Rounds Theatre Prize for the most promising Theatre Major. This esteemed award has been won by notable colleagues, including Jennifer Garner, who received the honor two years after Erin.
Erin's professional career has spanned numerous productions, including a national tour with the Cleveland Signstage Theatre in the acclaimed play Children of a Lesser God, where she played the role of Edna Klein and served as an American Sign Language (ASL) stage interpreter. Her work has also taken her to regional theaters such as Playmakers Repertory Theatre in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, The Main State Music Theatre, and Pendragon Theatre.
Throughout her career, Erin has pursued film and television opportunities, securing roles in notable projects like Nothing But The Truth, alongside acclaimed actors Alan Alda, David Schwimmer, and Kate Beckinsale, as well as Mercy Street, featuring Josh Radnor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
When not in front of the camera or on stage, Erin dedicates her time to inspiring young actors by providing private coaching and direction. In her personal life, she cherishes time with her husband, Brian, and their college-aged children, Josie and Mitchell. Erin's hobbies include exploring new places through travel, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness, indulging in great cuisine, and savoring bold, red wine.
