Before focusing on screenwriting, Erin embarked on a music career, touring the United States and Europe as a singer-songwriter. She was eventually signed to a music label and relocated to Los Angeles, where she earned her SAG, AEA, and ASCAP memberships.
Erin's music career was marked by critical acclaim, with her album "Poet's Lovely Daughter" garnering praise. However, after her music career stalled, she began writing and performing one-woman shows about relatable topics such as eating disorders and toxic relationships.

Their pilot "Spy v Spia" premiered at the LA Shorts International Film Festival and went on to win numerous awards, including Best TV Pilot, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Cinematography, and Best Rom Com.
