Errol Marks, a multifaceted and gifted individual, originated in the bustling metropolis of Mumbai, where he fostered his innate passion for acting from a tender age. His ardent desire to tread the boards led him to audition for his school play, where he was selected and his remarkable talent was astutely recognized by a seasoned Assistant Director sitting in the audience. This propitious beginning served as a catalyst, paving the way for his entry into the realm of commercials, with his inaugural advertisement being for Crabtree Switches. His impressive portfolio soon expanded to encompass numerous advertisements for prominent brands, including Reliance, Havells, Dish TV, Nokia, Star, MTV, and many more. As of May 2013, Errol had amassed an impressive collection of around 70 commercials, comprising print, TVCs, and virals.
Errol's cinematic journey commenced with Yashraj's Y Films, specifically with the release of Luv Ka The End, a film that marked the beginning of his foray into the world of cinema. This was followed by his appearances in Ajjab GAzzab Love and I, Me Aur Main, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
As his filmography continues to grow, Errol is set to take on the lead roles in Shortcut Romeo and Rum Pum Poshsh, alongside Prateik Babbar and Karan Kundra, respectively. Beyond his acting endeavors, Errol is also a part-time director and producer, often co-directing with his closest friend Aditya Sawant under the banner of Curly Haired Rascals.
Under this banner, Errol and Aditya have collaborated on two critically acclaimed films, Kaarwaa and Khuli Khidki, which have garnered numerous awards and accolades at various film festivals. Curly Haired Rascals also comprises Meherzan Maza, a colleague and friend of Errol's, who has worked alongside him on several projects, including Luv Ka The End, Shortcut Romeo, Kaarwaa, and Khuli Khidki.
