Ethan Gregory Peck is an American actor, grandson of renowned actor Gregory Peck and his first wife Greta Kukkonen. He gained recognition for his portrayal of a young Spock in the television series Star Trek: Discovery and its spin-off, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
Peck's early career began with numerous television appearances, including a younger version of Michael Kelso in the popular sitcom That '70s Show. At the age of nine, he co-starred in the film Marshall Law alongside Jimmy Smits, and later appeared in the 1999 movie Passport to Paris alongside Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
In 2008, Peck co-starred with Adam Rothenberg and Mariah Carey in the film Tennessee, followed by a role in Adopt a Sailor opposite Peter Coyote and Bebe Neuwirth. He won the "Best Actor" award at the 2009 Sonoma International Film Festival for his portrayal of "Sailor".
Peck pursued his passion for theater by studying at the Experimental Theater Wing (ETW) in New York University's Tisch School of the Arts from 2004 to 2008. He then starred in the television series 10 Things I Hate About You on ABC Family from 2009 to 2010.
In 2012, Peck was cast as Prince Maxon in the pilot adaptation of The Selection, but was later replaced by Michael Malarkey. The project did not move forward. He then became a spokesperson for Salvatore Ferragamo and appeared in several print editorials for the Italian brand.
Peck's film credits include The Curse of Sleeping Beauty (2016),Tell Me How I Die (2016),and The Honor List (2018). He also reprised his role as Spock in the second season of Star Trek: Discovery.
In May 2020, it was announced that Peck would reprise his role as Spock in the spin-off series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
