Later, she made the bold decision to relocate to London, a city renowned for its rich cultural heritage and academic excellence, to pursue her passion for the arts. Eva-Marie's academic pursuits led her to the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where she spent two unforgettable summers immersed in the world of Shakespeare, refining her craft and honing her skills. Her academic endeavors did not stop there, as she went on to attend University College London, where she earned a degree in Biological Sciences, a testament to her intellectual curiosity and versatility. Little did she know that her academic pursuits would soon take a dramatic turn, as she was discovered by a modeling agency and landed her first screen role in the 2017 film, The Circle. This breakthrough moment marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life, one that would see her juggle multiple roles within the film industry, including screenwriting, directing, art direction, and casting, all while completing an MA at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama under the guidance of the esteemed Amanda Brennan.
