Biography

Ezekel, whose name is pronounced with a distinctively unique cadence, Eh-Zi-Kel, made his debut in the world of feature film acting by taking on the role of a production assistant on the acclaimed film, Shakedown, directed by the renowned Roger Corman.

During his time on set, Ezekel was initially tasked with standing in for the talented actor, Ron Perlman, allowing him to gain valuable insight into the world of film acting. As a result, he found himself featured in several scenes, not as the main attraction, but rather as a background artist, contributing to the overall aesthetic of the film.

Ezekel's extensive background in Chicano Theater, a discipline that has honed his skills and provided him with a unique perspective, enabled him to effectively assist his team and colleagues on set. It was during these conversations with Perlman, however, that Ezekel began to seriously consider the possibility of pursuing a career in film acting, marking a pivotal moment in his journey as an artist.

Ezekiel's journey towards becoming a renowned instructor in his own right began with a series of intensive studies under the tutelage of some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry. He had the privilege of learning from the illustrious Larry Moss, a name synonymous with excellence in the world of acting, as well as Jeremiah Comey, a celebrated expert in the field of cold reading.

Before embarking on his Hollywood career, Ezekiel had already gained valuable experience as an Americorp Team Leader, where he played a pivotal role in spearheading community service projects aimed at supporting at-risk youth and gang members. This remarkable work not only honed his leadership skills but also instilled in him a deep sense of compassion and empathy for those in need.

Ezekiel's illustrious career has been marked by a series of distinguished affiliations with prominent organizations, boasting a trifecta of esteemed memberships: the United States Navy, the United States Foreign Service, and Americorp. Notably, he has had the privilege of studying at Santa Clara University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, as well as a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in International Finance.

Ezekel's academic and athletic prowess was remarkable, as he pursued higher education following his stint in the Navy, securing a prestigious Football Scholarship in the process. Moreover, he made a lasting impression on the collegiate scene, earning the esteemed distinction of Josten's Academic All-American, a testament to his outstanding performance as an Offensive Lineman.
