Biography

Fintan Meyler, a ravishing daughter of Ireland, was born with a fiery passion for the stage. As a child, she harbored a secret ambition to become an actress, yet she never revealed her aspirations to anyone. After completing her early years of education at a Dublin convent, she began to nurture her creative side by studying at the esteemed Gate Theatre.

Meyler's path to stardom took an unexpected turn when she decided to participate in a beauty contest on a whim, and to her surprise, she emerged victorious. The prize was a two-week vacation in New York, which would prove to be a life-changing experience for the teenager. As she wandered through the streets of the city, she "lost her heart to this country" and refused to return home.

Seeking a new beginning, Meyler relocated to California, where she worked as a receptionist, usherette, and occasional stage performer. She eventually made her television debut on the live series "Matinee Theater," marking the beginning of her professional acting career.

However, Meyler's passion for acting eventually waned after the birth of her two daughters, Darcy and Rory. In later years, she redirected her energy towards a new pursuit, working as a literary agent and occasionally appearing in commercials. Despite her shifting focus, Meyler's early experiences in the entertainment industry had a profound impact on her life, shaping her into the person she is today.
