Fiona Gubelmann, a native of Southern California, grew up in San Diego before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for theater at UCLA, where she not only honed her craft but also met her husband, actor Alex Weed, who would become a significant part of her life.
Throughout her career, Fiona has established herself as a talented actress, garnering recognition for her role as the female lead in the critically acclaimed FX series Wilfred, as well as making appearances in numerous prominent television shows, including Mad Men, Modern Family, and New Girl, to name just a few.
In addition to her work in television, Fiona has also made a mark in the film industry, starring in the successful Hallmark film Tulips in Spring, the independent film 911 Nightmare, and the Lifetime film Mommy's Little Girl, all released in 2016.
As of early 2017, Fiona can be seen starring in two new series, playing Lori on the hit Netflix/Norman Lear series One Day at a Time and starring in the spring on the Star Jones produced series Daytime Divas opposite Vanessa Williams.
Fiona's current hit is The Good Doctor, where she stars as Dr. Morgan Reznick, further solidifying her status as a talented and versatile actress.
