Flora, a talented artist, was born in the vibrant city of New York, where she was nurtured in the arts from a young age. Her journey as a dancer began at the tender age of eight, when she joined the esteemed New York City Ballet, showcasing her skills alongside the renowned company.
At nine years old, Flora landed a principal role in the film "Uptown Girls", sharing the screen with the talented Dakota Fanning. This experience served as a catalyst for her pursuit of a career in acting.
In her quest for further training, Flora attended LaGuardia Arts, a prestigious institution also known as the "Fame" school, where she honed her craft. Additionally, she spent two summers studying the classics at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford.
Upon receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting from the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Purchase College, Flora launched her film and television career, securing a co-star role on HBO's "Vinyl", alongside Bobby Cannavale and Ray Romano.
Flora continues to thrive in the live performance arena, collaborating with the multidisciplinary theatre company LoudSol. Her work with this company earned her recognition in The New York Fringe Festival in 2015, where she was highlighted for her role in "Summer Blue", which was voted "Most Innovative Show".
As a core member of Strangemen & Co., Flora has also been involved in the production of "The Woodsman" on Broadway. Based in New York City, Flora is a sought-after collaborator, bringing her rigorous theatre training to life on screen, and working with a diverse range of emerging filmmakers.
